Good length! My 6 y.o. hates short shorts, and these are perfect! Wish they had a bigger selection of colors because I would buy more!

They aren't too thin, but are light. They are comfortable and waistband is comfortable. The really good news is that they wash well!

Shorts are cute, fit well, and I appreciate that they are not super short- good coverage. Only downside is the drawstring is just decorative so the waist is not adjustable.
